FITNESS BOOT CAMPS
The Advanced Fitness Solutions Fitness Boot Camp is a fun dynamic team oriented workout. The design of this boot camp allows everybody to work at their own pace while still staying with the team. Each workout is 60 minutes and consists of a series of agility, strength and interval training combinations to enhance your cardiovascular power, flexibility, core strength and overall muscular endurance.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
The methodology behind my sport specific training programs is to create better athletes. The programs will be designed based on sport, position played and the athlete's current abilities and needs. Every facet of athletic performance will be addressed from movement preparation to biomechanics, injury prevention, strength and energy system development. I also place an emphasis on the education of strength and conditioning principles and helping athletes understand the purpose of the training and how it will improve their performance.
